Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive/Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Officer to enhance the online presence and engagement of our study abroad programs. The ideal candidate will manage and execute digital campaigns, optimize website traffic, and generate quality leads to achieve enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Campaign Management:
• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Develop engaging and informative content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and website updates.
• Collaborate with the content team to design visuals, videos, and infographics to promote study abroad services.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage social media accounts to engage with the target audience and promote brand awareness.
• Track social media metrics and improve engagement rates.
• Lead Generation and Management:
• Generate quality leads through paid and organic campaigns.
• Work with the admissions and counseling team to ensure lead conversion.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to track campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and study abroad industry developments.
• Identify new opportunities to reach target audiences effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or study abroad sector.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
Preferred Traits:
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation software.
• Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
