Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Google Ads to manage and optimize PPC campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & SEM:

Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.

Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

Optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.

Performance Marketing (PPC & Paid Ads):

Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.

Manage budgets, analyze CTR, CPC, and ROAS, and improve ad performance.

Social Media & Content Marketing:

Develop and execute content strategies for brand awareness and audience engagement.

Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).

Work on influencer marketing, community building, and user engagement strategies.

Email Marketing & Automation:

Create and optimize email campaigns, drip sequences, and automation workflows.

Segment email lists, track open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates.

Analytics & Growth Strategies:

Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar.

Generate data-driven insights and improve conversion rates (CRO).

Implement retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Performance Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.

Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign.

Ability to develop marketing funnels, lead magnets, and landing pages.

Strong understanding of growth hacking techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
