Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing content for SEO/SEM, and driving online engagement. You will play a key role in executing and enhancing our digital presence to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Strategy & Planning:
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor trends and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Management:
• Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages to enhance visibility and traffic.
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:
• Create, manage, and analyze PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor budgets and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future email strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and user experience.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the content, design, and development teams to execute campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
