Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve results.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
