About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase website traffic. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and execute social media campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and generate reports
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO activities
• Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and titles for search engines
• Track and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates
• Identify and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.)
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI
• Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns
Content Marketing:
• Create and curate high-quality content (blog posts, articles, white papers, etc.)
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences
• Distribute content through various channels, including email marketing and social media
Email Marketing:
• Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns
• Manage email lists, segment subscribers, and personalize email communications
• Track email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
Website Analytics:
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
• Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience
Stay Updated:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree in, or experience in a related field
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
