Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for leveraging online platforms to drive engagement and growth. This role involves executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to our overall digital strategy and generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Management : Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing.
• Content Creation : Assist in creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media and other digital platforms (Insta,FB, Google, LinkedIn etc) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• SEO Optimization : Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and improve search engine rankings to increase organic traffic.
• Social Media Management : Manage and grow social media profiles, create and schedule posts and engage with followers to build a strong online presence.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights and marketing automation platforms.
• Email Marketing : Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers and analyse their effectiveness.
• Paid Advertising : Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other digital channels.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitor strategies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments including sales and website handler to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
• Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience : Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing
• Skills :
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
