Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Skills Required:
1. Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email. Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and target audience.
2. Content Creation and Management : Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital platforms.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence. Create and schedule content for social media platforms, fostering engagement and building a community.
4. SEO and Website Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend optimizations.
5. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention. Monitor email campaign performance and implement improvements based on analytics.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports with key insights and recommendations. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing activities with broader business goals.
8. Research and Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Certification in digital marketing is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
