Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize B2C lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Manage end-to-end campaign performance, tracking key KPIs like CTR, CPL, and conversion rates. Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness. Monitor daily performance, analyze campaign data, and suggest actionable insights to improve ROI. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and quality output. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Prepare and present campaign reports with clear recommendations and next steps.

Key Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2C lead generation. Proficiency in running paid campaigns on

Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
