Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Digital and Social Media Marketing Executive to join our Plan My Tour India Pvt Ltd team.

In this role, you will manage and optimize digital campaigns, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations to improve our marketing efforts.

You'll work across various digital platforms to engage our audience, grow our online presence, and drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads).

- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights that drive strategic decisions.

- Travel Market Research: Conduct travel market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and new opportunities for growth.

- Social Media Management: Develop, publish, and manage content across social media platforms, maintaining active community engagement.

- PPC Campaign Optimization: Optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creative as needed to improve performance.

- Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports, providing a clear analysis of campaign results, progress, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in Paid digital marketing, Google PPC, Paid Online Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.

- Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.

- Strong performance marketing skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

- Familiarity with social media management, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.

- Knowledge of paid digital marketing best practices, tools, and analytics platforms.

- Excellent content written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.

- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and experience with SEO best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
