Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will also take on roles in content creation , event coordination , and delivering high-quality presentations as part of their wider digital marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage and optimize paid and organic search campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the design team to create multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics).
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Social Media Management:
• Oversee and manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create and schedule posts, track engagement, and grow the company's online presence.
• Engage with followers and monitor feedback across all platforms.
• SEO & Website Management:
• Ensure SEO best practices are followed to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team for website updates and performance optimization.
• Event Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
• Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and manage event-related communications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing events.
• Presentations & Reporting:
• Create and deliver engaging presentations to internal stakeholders and potential clients.
• Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance metrics and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Email Marketing & Automation:
• Design, create, and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Implement marketing automation tools to nurture leads and optimize customer journeys.
• Brand Strategy & Market Research:
• Assist in developing and maintaining the company's brand voice and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and insights for improved marketing strategies.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay up-to-date on digital marketing innovations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when needed.
• Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Provide support to the marketing team with any other tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, SEMRush, HubSpot).
• Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
