Digital Marketing Executive (2+ Years Experience)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Set clear KPIs and track performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• SEO and SEM:
• Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings.
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.
• Utilize SEO tools to analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Create and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
• Analyze social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
• Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated triggers.
• Segment email lists to deliver personalized content and improve engagement.
• Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize future campaigns.
• Content Marketing:
• Create high-quality content (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos) to attract and engage the target audience.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling content.
• Optimize content for search engines and social media sharing.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1
