About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in executing and managing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page link building to improve search engine rankings.

- Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

3. Content Marketing:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content initiatives.

4. Social Media Management:

- Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create and schedule posts, monitor trends, and analyze social media performance.

5. Email Marketing:

- Design and implement email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

- Measure and report on email campaign performance metrics.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

- Use data to improve ongoing and future campaigns.

7. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.

- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
