Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance digital marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies
and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This
role demands creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including
search engines, social media platforms, email, and display advertising, to drive brand
awareness, engagement, and conversions.
? Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns to
improve search engine rankings and increase organic and paid traffic.
? Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and engage with followers to
build brand loyalty and drive website traffic.
? Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation,
A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
? Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content for
blogs, articles, whitepapers, and other digital assets to attract and engage target
audiences.
? Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic,
conversion rates, and ROI, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign
performance and achieve marketing goals.
? Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital
marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital marketing strategy.
? Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product
development, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and
support product launches and promotions.
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling
content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
? Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to experiment with
new ideas and strategies.
? Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive
actionable insights.
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
