Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Engeotech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and optimizing our digital strategies to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion rates across various online channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Monitor performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Develop and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance.
• Email Marketing: Design, implement, and monitor email marketing campaigns. Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize email performance and drive engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management.
