Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our HDPE pipe manufacturing company. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and growing our online presence, particularly on platforms like IndiaMART. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for sending quotations, tracking inquiries, managing CRM for existing customers, and attending tenders and meetings to foster business development. A blend of digital marketing skills and sales acumen will be key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• IndiaMART Management:
• Manage and update the company's IndiaMART profile, ensuring it is optimized for maximum visibility.
• Respond to inquiries on IndiaMART promptly, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Monitor and track leads generated through IndiaMART, ensuring that all inquiries are followed up and quotations are sent out.
• Ensure that product listings are updated regularly with the latest details, specifications, and pricing.
• Track and report on performance metrics such as lead conversion rate, response time, and sales generated from IndiaMART.
• Quotation Management:
• Prepare and send customized quotations based on customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Track and follow up on all quotations sent to potential customers.
• Maintain records of all quotations sent, including follow-up activities and their outcomes.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on existing customers, their needs, and order histories.
• Ensure that all communications with customers are logged in the CRM for easy reference and follow-up.
• Segment customers based on industry, location, order history, and potential for upsell to tailor marketing and sales efforts.
• Regularly track customer satisfaction and address any service issues or opportunities for engagement.
4. Online Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns through various channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Work on SEO and SEM strategies to increase the online visibility of the company's products.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales goals.
5. Tenders & Bidding:
• Identify relevant tenders and bidding opportunities in the HDPE pipe manufacturing sector.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including technical specifications, financial quotes, and other required documents.
• Attend tender meetings, presenting the company's offerings and solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Track all tender submissions and follow up on their progress.
6. Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
• Use online platforms (IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, etc.) and digital marketing efforts to generate new business leads.
• Ensure that all leads are followed up within a timely manner and that the sales team is kept informed of all new leads.
• Work with the sales team to convert leads into actual orders and opportunities for business growth.
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Analyze competitors' online marketing tactics, product offerings, and pricing to help refine the company's marketing and sales approach.
• Suggest improvements based on market insights to optimize the company's marketing campaigns.
8. Reporting & Analytics:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online inquiries, quotation conversion, CRM usage, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Continuously improve online marketing efforts based on data analysis and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in online marketing, sales coordination, or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with online B2B platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, and similar marketplaces.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
Key Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft professional emails, quotations, and proposals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Other:
• Knowledge of HDPE pipe manufacturing or similar industrial products is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable attending tenders and meetings and representing the company.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position.
• Office-based with occasional travel for tenders or business development meetings.
Standard working hours, Monday to Saturday, with some flexibility based on business needs.
Salary Range : 20K To 25K CTC Per Month
