Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. Managing Company Website . The role involves working with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness, improve online engagement, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• SEO & SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO, and optimize content for search engines to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, informative, and optimized content for blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media strategies, schedules, and content across platforms to increase engagement, followers, and leads.
• Email Marketing: Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers, ensuring high open rates and conversions.
• Landing Page Optimization: Work on designing and improving landing pages to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or related roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO practices and tools.
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and report on campaign performance.
• Creative & Analytical Thinking: Ability to think creatively while analyzing data to make data-driven decisions.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva, Coral draw
• Experience with A/B testing for campaign optimization.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
