We are Millions Kart, a dynamic Advertising Services company focused on delivering excellent D2C(E-Commence) experiences. We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketer to join our team and help scale our digital marketing efforts.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketer with at least 1 year of experience to execute and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing, focusing on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, with a strong emphasis on driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Plan and implement effective D2C marketing strategies to boost online sales.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive growth and efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and sales conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging ad content.
• Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage and convert.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital marketing trends and platform changes.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on D2C campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven track record in driving sales conversions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
• Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or consumer-focused products.
• Knowledge of other advertising channels is a plus.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous.
