Key Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize organic or paid digital campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Social Media Management : Create, manage, and grow the company's social media presence across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Content Creation : Develop high-quality content (written, visual, and multimedia) for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Content Marketing : Implement a content marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and support lead generation efforts.
• SEO and SEM : Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to ensure high visibility and traffic.
• Email Marketing : Design, create, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
• Graphic Design & Video Editing : Edit and create eye-catching graphics and videos using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Analytics & Reporting : Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across all digital channels and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.
Key Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
• Graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Content Marketing : Ability to craft engaging blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy.
• Social Media Savvy : Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Analytical Mindset : Experience with analytics tools to interpret campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
