Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.   • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search rankings.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Create and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Content Marketing:
  • Develop content marketing strategies to drive engagement and traffic.
  • Create high-quality, relevant content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce content.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Manage email lists, segment audiences, and personalize email content.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to gain insights and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Marketing Automation:
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with other marketing team members and departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Communicate campaign strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing software.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
