Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Provide ongoing social media content, participate in online conversations, manage online reputation, and monitor engagement
  • Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks and blogs
  • Develop and execute online promotion campaigns
  • Develop an email marketing strategy, including monitoring email open rates and click-through rates, and developing weekly newsletters
  • Seek out and apply for new social media opportunities
  • Generate new social media content, using existing content, and supporting the BD team.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on social media metrics
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies plan, execute.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Requirements and skills:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in public relations, marketing, and communications.
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Degree in Marketing or social media, Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms.
  • 1 years of experience in social media for corporate communications. Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across varying audiences.
  • Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Management Experience, Content Creation,
  • Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google, Social media platform)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
