Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective organic lead generation strategies across social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create engaging content, including posts, articles, and videos, designed to connect with our target audience and boost interaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to discover new growth opportunities.
• Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, including post scheduling and follower engagement.
• Provide support through voice communication and live chat interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, particularly in organic lead generation, preferably in the fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, user behavior, and strategic content application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
