Roles: We are looking for a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Executive (Female) with expertise in email marketing and proficiency in other digital marketing channels to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
• Craft compelling subject lines and content to boost engagement.
• Implement email marketing automation and personalization strategies to improve customer experiences.
• Segment email lists for targeted communication.
• Monitor email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates).
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop blogs, whitepapers, and other marketing collateral.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to new trends.
• Preferred Attributes: Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
