We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in lead generation to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness across various platforms.

1. Develop Social Media Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for lead generation through social media channels.
2. Content Creation and Curation:
• Create compelling and engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets, optimized for each social media platform.
• Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to supplement the social media calendar.
3. Lead Generation Campaigns:
• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across social media platforms, utilizing paid advertising, organic content, and other strategies.
• Implement lead capture mechanisms and landing pages to drive conversions and capture prospect information.
4. Community Engagement and Management:
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.
• Foster meaningful interactions with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Generate regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and optimize campaign performance.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales teams, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and sales goals.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on social media best practices and emerging trends.
