Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive online traffic, engagement, and brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. Develop and manage content for the company's website, social media channels, blogs, and other digital platforms. Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign software. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Create and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Work with the design team to create visually appealing content for online campaigns. Develop SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Manage and grow the company's social media presence, increasing engagement and followers. Write and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are engaging and effective in driving conversions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement new digital marketing strategies. Analyze data and generate reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary. Stay up-to-date with new digital marketing technologies, trends, and tools.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid advertising (1-2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display ads). Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with eCommerce platforms and strategies. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
