Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Management:

Handle Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts to increase engagement and brand reach.

Content Creation:

Develop compelling content for social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns.

SEO & SEM:

Optimize website content and implement strategies to improve search rankings. Run Google Ads and paid campaigns for lead generation.

Email Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Lead Generation:

Use digital tools and automation to generate B2B leads.

Website Management:

Work with the development team to update and improve the website.

Competitor Analysis:

Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities to stay ahead.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and social media marketing. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other graphic design tools. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
