They undertake essential activities of Sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales, E-mail Marketing, Field Sales, ABM (Account Based Marketing), and Digital Marketing.
Location: Wagholi, Pune
Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Optimize and monitor campaigns to ensure the best possible ROI.
• Manage paid search campaigns (PPC), display ads, and retargeting strategies.
• Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and websites.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visuals, banners, and videos for campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for better user engagement and conversion.
• Monitor search engine algorithms and implement best practices for SEO and SEM.
• Manage the company's social media accounts by creating a content calendar, posting regularly, and interacting with followers.
• Track social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and customer retention campaigns.
• Segment email lists and personalize campaigns to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Monitor, track, and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Suggest improvements based on data insights to enhance future campaigns.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Experiment with new strategies and channels to keep the company's marketing initiatives innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content creation, and social media management.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
