Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive , you'll play a key role in designing and executing creative campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across our digital channels. With a strong focus on social media, you'll be responsible for creating dynamic content and managing paid and organic campaigns to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. This is a hands-on role for a highly motivated digital marketer with a passion for creativity, strategy, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy & Execution : Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring high engagement and consistent brand messaging.
• Content Creation : Use Canva and Photoshop to design eye-catching visuals, ads, and social media content that resonate with our audience. Produce creative assets for blog posts, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Campaign Management : Lead paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) from conception to execution, managing keyword research, ad copy, and targeting to drive traffic and conversions.
• SEO & SEM : Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Optimize content for keywords and trends to increase website visibility.
• Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics , social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Provide regular reports on key metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, ROI).
• Email Marketing : Create and send engaging email campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for engagement, conversions, and deliverability.
• Market Research & Trends : Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and social media best practices to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, and sales) to ensure all digital assets align with business objectives and brand voice.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising .
• Skills :
1. Strong working knowledge of Canva and Photoshop for creating digital assets
2. Proven experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and an understanding of their advertising capabilities.
3. Solid understanding of SEO , SEM , and PPC campaigns
4. Familiarity with Google Ads , Facebook Ads Manager , and other digital marketing tools
5. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and platforms.
• Analytical Mind set : Ability to analyse data, track performance, and use insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Creative : A keen eye for design and content creation, with an ability to craft visually appealing and on-brand materials.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification : A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
