Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing
Location: Mumbai - (Andheri East))

Organization, Time Management, Basic accounting & Tally knowledge would be a

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create, manage, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across
various platforms to achieve business objectives.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and adjust
strategies accordingly.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to
enhance organic search visibility.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to ensure the
website's compliance and competitiveness.3. Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for
various online channels.
- Implement content marketing strategies to attract and retain the target audience.
4. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including but not
limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create and execute social media campaigns that align with brand messaging and
business goals.
5. Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging
content and optimizing for maximum engagement.
- Monitor email performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous
improvement.
6. Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to ensure effective budget utilization.

7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on the
performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance
indicators and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, content marketing, social
media, and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google
Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.

Preferred candidate profile
?Familiarity with social media platforms.
?Experience using social media for professional purposes.
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?Experience with graphic design and photo editing.
?Special preference given if experience in home decor and furniture background.
Preferably from NIFT/Pearl/ NID.Education & Technical Experience:
?Bachelor or Masters degree or diploma
?2-4 years of experience in a corporate environment
