Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leveraging marketing automation tools, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and experience in using data analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels
• Utilize marketing automation tools to set up and manage campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Create detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
• Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on data analysis and market research.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Present campaign insights and performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of key findings and recommendations.
• Continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, marketing automation, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with reporting tools and techniques to create detailed and insightful reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
