  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Content Creation:
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content such as infographics, videos, and banners.
Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow the company\'s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase followers.
SEO/SEM:
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO).
  • Plan and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
Email Marketing:
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep clients informed about new listings and company updates.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to present to management.
Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through digital channels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the quality and quantity of leads meet company objectives.
Collaborations and Partnerships:
  • Identify and engage with influencers and potential partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
