Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to Peotive's goal of becoming a thought leader in brand community marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure ROI-driven performance.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across platforms.
• Develop engaging content strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• SEO and Content Marketing:
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with content writers to produce high-quality blogs, articles, and marketing materials.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
• Identify trends and insights to improve digital performance.
• Email and CRM Marketing:
• Plan and execute email campaigns using CRM tools.
• Monitor email performance and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity and ability to craft engaging content.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
