Brief Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand, increase online traffic, and generate leads. The role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Manage Campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and social media advertising campaigns.
Content Strategy
• Develop and curate engaging content for blogs, social media, and websites to drive organic traffic and audience engagement.
• Create the best engaging content and design to create compelling visual and written content.
SEO/SEM Management
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and performance analysis to optimize website and campaigns.
• Experience in HubSpot and similar platforms
Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other digital platforms.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Management
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence by posting updates, running ads, and engaging with the audience.
• Identify trends and insights to leverage social media opportunities.
Lead Generation
• Design and implement strategies to capture leads through landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
Market Research
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools and techniques.
Preferred Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Certification in digital marketing from any reputed firm.
• Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, and other digital tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
