Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Executive at Gopalan Enterprises, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth. Your role will involve managing various digital channels and campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Management:
Create, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Social Media Management:
Oversee social media profiles and execute strategies to boost engagement and follower growth across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to drive targeted traffic.
Market Research & Insights:
Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize digital marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Present findings to the marketing team and senior management, and recommend actionable improvements.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and business goals.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed to enhance digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of various digital channels and tools.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effective.
