POSITION : Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote the school's programs, enhance its online presence, and attract prospective students. This role involves managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve the school's enrollment and branding goals.

- Identify target audiences and determine the best digital platforms to reach them effectively.

2. Content Creation and Management:

- Create engaging and high-quality content for the school's website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.

- Collaborate with the admissions and communications teams to ensure content aligns with the school's messaging and objectives.

- Manage and update the school's website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the school's online presence and engagement.

- Create, schedule, and monitor posts on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

- Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.

4. Email Marketing:

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep prospective students and their families informed.

- Segment email lists and tailor messages to specific audiences for maximum impact.

- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to improve open and click-through rates.

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

- Optimize the school's website and content for search engines to increase organic traffic.

- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic to the school's website.

- Conduct keyword research and analyze performance data to refine SEO and SEM strategies.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.

- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and other relevant metrics.

- Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

7. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the admissions, communications, and IT teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized digital marketing projects.

8. Stay Current with Digital Trends:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

- Experiment with new tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance the school's digital marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Client Management: 2 years (Preferred)
