We are enabling leading corporates including, CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and educational institutions like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, and IIM Bangalore to name a few. We believe in using a three-pronged approach for building a holistic emotional wellness program - Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling. We work with them through awareness modules, self-help tools, 1on1 counseling intervention, and organization-level diagnostic and reporting.

Responsibilities
Developing the overall digital marketing efforts across all channels
Manage SEO including setting up event tracking, keyword research, and working with the team to ensure SEO-optimized blog pages
Own the lead generation targets via paid SEM, continuously monitoring and optimizing the ad performance across all channels
Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Requirement
Any Graduation
1 to 2 years of work experience in a B2B SaaS-based environment
Knowledge of SEO and SEM, paid lead generation across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, keyword research, conversion rate optimization, content management systems (CMS)
Prior experience of carrying and consistently meeting Leads / MQL targets

Working Structure:
5 days a week, from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
