The Marriage Fit is the Bangalore-based Psychological clinic and counseling center for Relationship guidance. We focus exclusively on relationship problems in marriage, Family and Individual also we do counseling for Mental Health, reaching hundreds of couples and individuals on a daily basis.

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic candidate in the field of Digital Marketing to join us. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing the company's digital marketing strategy and assisting with campaign development. This role will require a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies to execute successful marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in digital marketing of at least 1-2 years
• An immediate joiner (female candidate would be preferred)
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mass media or any other relevant field
• Candidates from Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore are encouraged to apply.
