Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customer preferences. Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing channels. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online advertising.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional events and trade shows.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and vendors.
- Prepare marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
