We are expanding our reach and looking for a creative and dedicated marketing executive to join our team remotely.Key Responsibilities: * Handling Bookings:

• Manage inbound booking inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Ensure seamless communication between potential guests and the resortxe2x80x99s booking system.
• Coordinate with resort staff to confirm availability, special requests, and guest preferences.
• Track and report booking conversions and trends.
• Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the resort, engage with the audience, and increase followers on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create compelling and visually appealing social media content, including images, videos, and written posts, in line with the resortxe2x80x99s wellness focus.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to build strong community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to align with current marketing trends.
• Content Creation:

• Craft high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the resortxe2x80x99s brand identity, including blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Highlight unique selling points, including our naturopathy treatments, meditation sessions, luxury accommodations, and eco-friendly initiatives.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers (in-house or freelance) to produce visuals and videos for promotions, offers, and special events.
• Ensure all content reflects the tranquil, rejuvenating nature of the resort and speaks directly to our target audience.
• Marketing Campaigns:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to attract guests, corporate clients, and wellness tourists.
• Coordinate promotional offers, packages, and special events to increase bookings and guest engagement.
• Utilize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve the websitexe2x80x99s search engine rankings.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts using data analytics, adjusting campaigns as necessary to maximize ROI.
• Customer Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with guests, corporate partners, and wellness influencers to promote the resort through word-of-mouth and partnerships.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure all interactions are aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.
• Branding and Strategic Initiatives:

• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
• Research and suggest new marketing channels and trends to enhance visibility and attract more visitors to the retreat.
• Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm and develop long-term strategies that position Pragya Global Resorts as a premier wellness destination.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
• Creative thinker with a passion for wellness, naturopathy, and sustainable living.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from a remote location.
