We are seeking a highly motivated

Assistant Manager

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in

Digital Marketing

from

MICE

industry, with a solid understanding of B2B, B2C, and social media marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee B2B and B2C sales and marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media platforms, and paid media campaigns. Develop and implement marketing strategies across social media channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Optimize and execute paid advertising strategies, including Insta Ads and Paid Promotion, to drive lead generation and brand visibility. Implement fund strategies and create effective campaigns to boost ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals. Monitor campaign performance and analyse results, making recommendations for optimization and future strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the MICE industry. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in B2B, B2C, social media, and email marketing. Proven experience with Instagram Ads, Paid Promotions, and lead generation. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the Digital Marketing from MICE industry. Knowledge of paid media strategies and social media advertising tools. Experience with fund strategies and driving digital revenue.
