Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Communications : Manage communications on various platforms, including WhatsApp, Email, and the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring timely and relevant updates.
• Website & SEO Management : Optimize the website in line with SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive traffic. Manage WordPress (or other CMS) for regular updates.
• Content & Campaign Coordination : Coordinate with the social media agency, reviewing and providing feedback to ensure consistency and alignment with brand goals.
• Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics across communication channels such as website, social media, and email.
• Marketing Tools Optimization : Use marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
• Social Media Presence : Ensure brand consistency and accurate representation across all social platforms.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience : 1 to 2 years in digital marketing or related roles.
• Technical Skills :
• Website optimization and SEO best practices
• Basic WordPress management
• Google Analytics and Google & Meta Ads
• Marketing automation tools
• Content writing
• Additional Skills :
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic copywriting skills
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with UI & UX principles
