We are looking for a female creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and focus on engaging Generation Z with innovative marketing strategies for our Business requirements in various sectors. Your role will involve leveraging various digital platforms to build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and ads.
• Graphic Design: Create and edit visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for use across digital channels.
• Content Strategy & Creation: Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers who appeal to Gen Z to promote our products/services across the nations.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content and strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on current trends, behaviors, and preferences of Gen Z to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• User Experience (UX) Optimization: Ensure digital marketing efforts align with Gen Z expectations for seamless and user-friendly experiences.
• Brand Awareness and Reputation Management: Build brand awareness and manage brand reputation online.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Generation Z's behaviors, preferences, and digital consumption patterns.
