Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to elevate the Green Hive Properties brand across multiple platforms.
• Social Media Page Management: Oversee and manage multiple social media pages across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Ensure all pages are regularly updated with fresh, engaging content aligned with the brand's strategy.
• Create engaging content tailored to our target audience on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, You tube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, blogs, etc.) for various platforms, ensuring it aligns with the company's voice, goals, and target audience.
• Collaborations & Partnerships: Work with influencers, brands, or other stakeholders in the asset management and hospitality sectors to foster collaborations that increase the brand's visibility.
Website Handling:
• Oversee the management and maintenance of the Green Hive Properties website, ensuring it remains up-to-date with relevant content and visuals.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Collaborate with the web development team to enhance user experience and implement website improvements.
• Monitor website analytics to track visitor behavior and performance metrics.
Google Ads Management:
• Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Conduct keyword research and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives and budget targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Google Ads updates to maintain campaign competitiveness.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, including social media metrics, website traffic, and Google Ads results.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Present findings and recommendations to the management team to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, website handling, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
PAY: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month
