Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant with expertise in lead management, online certifications, webinars, email campaigns and digital communication. The ideal candidate will also manage feedback tracking, and digital tools to optimize engagement and operational efficiency. This role demands strong technical acumen, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management and Updates:
• Support Digital marketing manager on end-to-end lead management process, including lead capture, segmentation, nurturing, and follow-ups.
• Regularly update and maintain the lead database in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
• Generate and analyze lead performance reports to inform marketing strategies.
• Online Certifications and Webinar Management:
• Plan and execute online certification programs and webinars with seamless operational delivery.
• Manage participant registrations and event attendance through integrated systems.
• Design and distribute QR codes for easy registration and resource access during webinars and certifications.
• Distribute certificates and track post-event success metrics.
• Upload content through CMS for website
• Feedback Tracking and Reporting:
• Develop and maintain a feedback tracker to collect participant insights from webinars and events.
• Use survey tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, Typeform) to gather feedback and generate actionable reports.
• Monitor feedback trends to identify areas for improvement and report them to the team.
• Communication Campaigns:
• Draft and manage email campaigns to promote events, certifications, and lead nurturing activities.
• Use QR codes to simplify event promotions and provide easy access to campaign landing pages.
• Ensure consistent and timely responses to participant and lead inquiries.
• Website and Social Media Management:
• Regularly update the website with event details, certifications, and new content.
• Develop and post engaging social media content to promote initiatives across platforms.
• Track engagement metrics and use tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite to optimize campaigns.
• Technical Integration and Tools Management:
• Set up and maintain QR codes for events, feedback forms, and resources.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate digital tools for marketing automation and lead tracking.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms like CRM, webinar tools, and email marketing software.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Track and analyze performance metrics for certifications, webinars, and campaigns.
• Generate reports on lead engagement, feedback trends, campaign ROI, and overall impact.
• Use insights from tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and feedback trackers to enhance strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Mail chimp or Zoho CRM for lead and data management.
• Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Familiarity with tools for creating and managing QR codes (e.g., QR Code Generator).
• Proficiency with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Competence in social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Communication Skills:
• Good written and verbal communication skills for creating professional emails and social content.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and event participants.
Soft Skills:
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, event coordination, or lead management.
• Experience with feedback collection and QR code integration is a plus.
