Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our company. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote our brand, enhance engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and sales growth.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Perform keyword research and analysis to improve organic search rankings.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO best practices.
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Advertising:
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging blog posts, articles, social media posts, and videos.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
• Social Media Management:
• Plan and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
• Monitor trends and audience preferences to enhance social media presence.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and send email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
• Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Market Research:
• Analyze competitor digital strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Recommend new tools or strategies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of current digital trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Attributes:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
