HJ Real Estates is seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join

our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing

strategies, content creation, and social media management. You will be responsible for driving

our online presence, engaging with our audience, and boosting our brand visibility across

various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

? Content Creation & Management:

Develop engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email

campaigns. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely updates across all digital

platforms.

? Social Media Management:

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and create

strategies to enhance audience engagement. Respond to inquiries and comments, while

maintaining the brand voice.

? Knowledge of Meta Suites:

Utilize Meta (formerly Facebook) tools such as Business Manager and Ads Manager to

run ad campaigns, track performance, and optimize strategies for better results.

? Creative Thinking:

Develop innovative marketing strategies and creative concepts that align with the

company's goals. Continuously analyze market trends and consumer behavior to

implement effective campaigns.

? Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing

database, email, social media, and display advertising.

? Reporting & Analytics:

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement,

conversions, and ROI, while making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

? Brand Building:

Collaborate with the marketing team to build and maintain a strong brand presence

online, enhancing customer engagement and promoting real estate services.

Required Skills:

? Proficient in Content Creation and Content Management Systems (CMS)

? Strong understanding of Social Media Management platforms

? In-depth knowledge of Meta Suites (Business Manager, Ads Manager)

? Strong Creative Thinking skills for developing marketing strategies

? Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)

? Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and Google Analytics is a plus

? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

? 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media

management

? Proven experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns
