Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Advertising Campaigns:
? Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms such as
Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
? Analyze and report on campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
? Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search
rankings and drive traffic to the company's website.
? Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content.
3. Content Creation and Management:
? Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including website,
blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
? Ensure content is aligned with the company's brand and marketing goals.
4. Social Media Management:
? Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
? Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness
and engagement.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
? Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign
performance using tools like Google Analytics.
? Provide regular reports and insights to improve future marketing strategies.
6. Collaboration:
? Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with
business objectives.
? Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
? Proven experience in running successful digital ad campaigns on Meta and Google
Ads.
? Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools.? Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
and social media insights.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
? Minimum 1.5 year of experience in digital marketing.
? Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
