Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
• Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles.
• Develop a content calendar to ensure timely content delivery.
• SEO & SEM:
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop social media strategies to build and engage online communities.
• Monitor and report on social media activities and trends.
• Engage with users on social media channels to foster relationships and community building.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic and user behavior.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Email Marketing:
• Design, build, and maintain the company's email marketing campaigns.
• Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
• Budget Management:
• Allocate marketing investments.
• Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to achieve campaign goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or other relevant tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
