Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to analyze trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Email Marketing: Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. Create newsletters, promotional emails, and track their performance.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Use this data to inform and improve marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to create cohesive campaigns that drive overall business objectives.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Suggest and implement new digital marketing strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms).
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
