We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on the night shift. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO purposes. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques. Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work night shifts.
