Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will execute and optimize digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase traffic, and drive leads. Additionally, you will mentor interns, providing them with guidance and support to develop their digital marketing skills while ensuring they contribute effectively to our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other channels. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to achieve maximum ROI. Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, generating reports and offering insights for improvement. Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce engaging content for online platforms. Mentor and supervise interns, providing training and feedback to help them develop key digital marketing skills. Manage social media accounts, posting updates and engaging with the audience to build community. Conduct SEO audits and apply strategies to improve organic search performance. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging tools to ensure the team utilizes the most up-to-date strategies.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies. Previous experience mentoring interns or junior team members is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to give constructive feedback. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaign results. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
